At the end of 2022, a newly launched Amazon electronics brand approached us, their sales were sluggish and they were trying to get off the ground on Amazon. They launched on Amazon at the beginning of 2022 and did their Amazon PPC marketing in-house but haven’t seen the sales they hoped for. In 2022, they did around $366,000 in sales.

The Challenge: 

Our challenge was to increase their Amazon sales while keeping to a very low Amazon ACOS as the margins on their products weren’t too great.

The Strategy:

Before we started working on the account, we advised our client to improve the content on their Amazon product pages to increase their CVR. We helped them by directing them to the right partner to redo their listings and images. Once their Amazon listings were well-optimized with better content and better SEO, we worked on a full strategy. We advised them to do Best Deals and Lightning deals to improve CVR and increase sales velocity. We created hundreds of campaigns with all different match types. We focused mainly on Amazon Sponsored Products, which have the strongest effect on organic ranking, but we also created Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns. We focused on maintaining a low Acos and rather give up some margin on price and deals.

The results:

The results were beyond amazing. We did in 2023 over $4.5 Million in Amazon sales!! Which is an 1129.51% increase in 2023 vs 2022! And all that while maintaining an ACOS of just under 10% for the year.
